TIRAMISU Non-Bake Cake

Giving free gift to attract sales is one of the game that never fails me especially when I am doing my open house sales. People tends to remember my delicious snacks and thus remember me...Hahah.....ofcourse they will remember my items for sales.

I always start up with easy recipe even my kids have no problem preparing. Try it mums and dads. Your kids will love it so does your clients. You can even sell it to your friends to make some extra money, use it as birthday cakes so you can save some extra money instead of buying one.

The best thing with this recipe is that it DOES NOT REQUIRE BAKING.

Ingredients :
75g sugar
3 egg yolks
250g whipped fresh cream
250g mascarpone cheese
2 packets sponge fingers
1 cup black coffee
8-10 tbsps brandy
Some cocoa power for dusting

Preparation :
1. Put egg yolks and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream them together until thick. Add mascarpone cheese and continue beating. In a separate bowl, whip fresh cream. Fold whip fresh cream into the cheese mixture and set aside.

2. Mix coffee and brandy in a separate bowl. Dip each sponge finger into the coffee mixture and line the base of a baking pan.

3. Spread a layer of cheese mix over. Add another layer of dipped sponge fingers and another layer of cheese. Dust with cocoa. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours but it taste best when chill overnight.

GIVE BEFORE YOU TAKE

There's one weapon I always use when doing my open house sales.........Give before you take.

Prepare some good snacks, desserts, drinks, small little door gift etc for people who visit your house. Welcome them with your unique gift of food (they cant find else where but to get it from your place....hehe.....you are one point up in that case.)

I don’t believe in spending too much on advertisement. Food itself is GREAT advertisement. I believe in personal touch. Your great snacks with great merchandises will make them come back for more. Trust me. Not many people will just come for the food.

Not to worry if you do not know how to cook. I'll compile some of my favorite recipes and share with you when available. Just give me some time to do it ok.

2ND HAND SALES

Almost 99.999999% of us are having at least one of these happenings........

Items untouch and forgotten since the day you buy. Items no longer needed but unbearable to part with (heart pain to throw). Items that are so cheap and you buy in bulk (take century to utilise all). Items too old (in your opinion it's old but to others ?.....). Urge to throw used stuff to clear up space. Wanting to change new things but you are still having the old one........etc......etc

Dont's just throw away. All these OLD hacks are treasures To You and To Others who need it.

You can have a Garage Sales, Open House Sales, On-Line Sales or Flea Market Sales. Think about it. You can make some money back and people who needs it get it cheap.

BLOGS EARNINGS

You may heard of or read about people earning 4 to 5 figures per month via bloggings. Well, that is one of the way you may earn extra cash by writing some blogs or creating websites. Thereafter, by placing advertisements on your blogs whereby visitors may click and view will enable you to start earning money from it. Whether you are a newbie or expert marketer, it works.

Let me share with you how it's done :
First, CREATE a blog (eg with blogger.com or others that you are comfortable with)with rich and unique contents. Let say write about Cotton Candy...everything about and related to it. Then, after posting some well written blogs, register with Googles AdSense. (You will receive confirmation letter from Adsense team in a day or two. They may reject your application if your blogs sucks...haha...). It is a fast and easy way where AdSense will help displaying related ads and Google Seach on your content pages.

You will earn money whenever visitors clicks them.......click=$, click=$,....Can you hear the sound of money ? Yeah....... Spend some time in a day or two to write your interesting blogs. You can turn your hobby blog into money making machine.

Don't expect to earn a fortune overnight without putting in effort. The more you want to earn, the better the quality of your blog must be. Be realistic. Work towards it okay.

Working 9 to 5 is a safe way to earn $$$. But never forget that there's always somewhere out there where you can work on to earn you extra income.So, friends.
